Preserved flowers are 100% real flowers that have undergone a preservation process which allows it to stay fresh looking for a year or more. With proper care, preserved flowers can last up to 1-2 years.
Their best condition period is in between 1-3 months depending on the humidity of the environment. It would be good to place them in air-conditioned or dry & well ventilated places.
Over-time preserved flowers will discolour as they get contact with the moisture in the air. They also tend to mould up fast when humidity level arises, especially during the rainy season. You can gently clean them up with small brushes& dry tissues. If it still doesn't come off well, would have to cut those leaves away.
+ Keep it indoors, away from sunlight
+ Keep it at well-ventilated space
+ Best to keep it in a cool & dry place with Silica Gel or Dehumidifiers
+ Avoid water & humid places
+Dust off by gently brushing it with brushes or a soft duster
We offer complimentary delivery for all our orders. We are able to deliver island wide, with exception to the following locations: Tuas, Jurong Islands, Military Camps, Police Stations, Sentosa and Changi Airport.
Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily not able to deliver to hospitals.

9am - 6pm
Specific Delivery Time-slots
If you require the flowers be delivered at a specific time-slot between 9am - 6pm. An additional S$15 will be required.
Note that our delivery person will only wait a maximum of 5 mins at the delivery location.
Flowers can be arranged to be left at the doorstep/reception.
Should this option be chosen, we will not be liable for any losses or damage to the flowers from that point onward. If the customer did not opt for flowers to be left at the doorstep/reception, the flowers will be brought back. Re-delivery charges will apply, subjected to our availability.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp/Telegram at 9773 5705. Please note that all cancellations must be made at least 48hrs in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Kindly note that refund will not be possible if the product has been made.
If you wish to change your polaroid photo after it has been prepared, an additional of $15 will be required per polaroid.
Yes you can! We are located at 76 Playfair Road Lobby 1 #04-02 S367996. Collection timing will be between 10am - 12pm or 2pm - 6pm (appointment basis). Contact us for special request.
